Well, considering that Thoreau’s last words were “Moose. Indian.” I’d say they have a fair amount to do with him. And I don’t see how getting a tribute tattoo of an Indian is considered “racist bullshit” but whatever. Also, I wouldn’t consider these tattoos a “misuse of literary quotations” either. Clearly someone needs to brush up on their Thoreau knowledge before accusing someone of being racist and attacking them on the internet because of one picture they don’t understand or know the meaning behind.
